    • Which fabric do you use to make your Car Mirror Flags?
      Our Custom Car Mirror Flags are made of Elastic Polyester/Flexible Polyester. We use sublimation printing to create a vibrant looking, high quality item with added durability. Any Pantone color is available and any custom logos are welcome.
    • How do I install Car Mirror Flags?
      Side view mirror covers are simple to install on almost any vehicle.

    • Just in case, here are some easy-to-follow instructions with step-by-step directions for you:
      1. Open the bag (that was easy, wasnít it?)
      2. Slide the toggle toward the end of the elastic cord. Make sure you donít slide it too far and remove the toggle by mistake. Ensure that the fabric is placed on the non-reflective side of the mirror. Slide the mirror cover over the outside of the mirror towards the car.
      3. Once you have the mirror cover on the mirror, pull the cord through the toggle and tighten so that it fi ts snugly on your mirror.
      4. Adjust the mirror cover over the outside of the mirror and make sure it fi ts tightly around the mirror edges. OK this seems obvious, but it needs to be stated - DO NOT COVER ANY VISIBILITY AREAS OF YOUR MIRROR WITH THE COVER.
      5. Tuck the outside of the cord you pulled through the toggle into the edge of the fabric to hide the cord from view.
      6. This is how it should look if you have done the above steps correctly. If not start over and try again.
      7. Enjoy driving around looking really cool with your new side view mirror covers.
        • Important Information: For your own safety and the safety of others it is important that you install the covers following the above instructions carefully. Make sure to remove the mirror covers before entering any automated car wash.

    • What shipping method will you use to send my order?
      We will ship your order using UPS or USPS, dependent upon volume. This is the most reliable service in order to reach you promptly and safely.
    • When will I receive my order?
      Under normal conditions, orders will be sent to us within 10 business days from time of payment processing (note, checks must clear before orders are processed). For customized orders please add an additional 3 business days. Once we receive the order, it will be immediately shipped to you, often within 1-2 business days.
    • How can I pay you for my order?
      We accept checks and/or PayPal, used by thousands of sellers worldwide. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via Paypal's secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
    • Which credit cards can I use?
      Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account to use their services.
    • Can you design and make a custom car mirror flag for me?
      Yes we can! We encourage you to fill our web form located in our CONTACT page, in order to give us all the necessary information needed to calculate an exact quote for your custom flag order. If you already have a school/business/organization logo or graphic that you wish to use, please send it along with your request on our CONTACT page. If you do not have a design, we will be happy to work with you to develop one free of charge!
    • Do you have an exchange of defective items policy?
      Yes. Even though we carefully inspect all merchandise prior to shipment, if you receive any defective items, we will replace them for free, or work with you to make it right.
    • Can I return the products I ordered after I have received them?
      Of course! We offer a huge selection of high quality merchandise and we are very proud to stand by these products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. Please ask your salesperson for additional details..
    • How can I clean my car mirror flag?
      Most flags can be machine washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. Note: do not machine dry. Hang back on flagpole to dry. If flag is torn or frayed, do not wash before repairing.
    • Does the flag have a warranty or guarantee?
      We guarantee every item we sell to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of thirty days from receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot provide longer a warranty because the life of a flag depends upon the conditions under which a product is used.

    • To get the most wear out of your flag, we offer the following suggestions and cautions.
      • Keep the flag from fraying or tearing by looking at the fly end of the flag for any signs of wear. If wear appears, the worn part should be cut off and the flag re-hemmed. A clean flag will last longer. Pollutants in the air will get into the fabric and can cause it to degrade. To clean, wash in a mild detergent, rinse, and hang to dry. KEEP YOUR FLAG AWAY FROM PETROLEUM AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS. Never fold or store a flag when it is wet. Let it hang dry completely before you put it away. Wet flags will mildew and ruin the material.
      • INDOOR & PARADE FLAGS are damaged mainly due to neglect. If the flag is soiled in any way, it should be DRY CLEANED, NOT WASHED. If an indoor flag becomes wet, it should hang to dry completely before is it stored. If possible, avoid exposure to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

      • The prices listed in our sales quotes are effective for 30 days from the date shown on the first page of this quote.
      • Quoted pricing is net, and does not include shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be quoted at time of order placement. Merchandise can ship either UPS or FedEx Ground, or via expedited service, at customer's direction.
      • Applicable Taxes are not included and are in addition to our quoted prices.
      • Final payment is due prior to release of order to customer.
      • Order shortages - Customer must advise Gantt Booster Supplies of any and all order shortages in writing within one (1) business day of delivery.
